Ann E. Bolson, D.Min. received her Master of Counseling degree and a Master of Divinity equivalency from North American Baptist Seminary in 1991. She has been a therapist in private practice and an adjucnct faculty member at that seminary for 10 years. Ann earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Chicago Theological Seminary in 2000 and was ordained in the United Church of Christ on Pentecost Sunday in 2001. She has served churches in Mitchell and Vermillion, SD. She is pleased to be affiliated with a church which does not discriminate against gays and lesbians, which seeks to sustain the Earth for future generations, and which takes seriously Jesus' message of nonviolence. She considers it a privilege to be a bridge between the apostolic witness found in scripture and the understandings of modern minds, including applications of psychology and references to other faith traditions. She firmly believes that "God is still speaking."
